Our Hydrotherapy opportunity within our COLD FIRE zone allows you to implement a Wet Contrast therapy protocol utilising our deep plunge pools.
Our Hot Plunge and Cold Plunge are adjacently located for ease of use.
Our COLD plunge is set at 12 deg C.
Our HOT plunge is set at40 deg C.
We allow up to 3 persons within the HYDROTHERAPY zone at one time but limit each pool to 2 users at a time.
The Pools both have a 4 person capacity , by keeping access strictly to 2 users at a time you are assured of being able to change your position , head dunk if that's your thing , and enjoy a bit of personal space whilst recovering.
HYDROTHERAPY sessions are strictly 25 minutes entry to exit - trust us - that's more than enough!!.
